DS Tracker is a product of Desi Syndicate (“Desi Syndicate”, “we”, “us”, “our”), Paras Trinity, 3rd Floor, Sector 63, Gurugram, Haryana 122011, India. In these pages, “DS Tracker” or “the Service” means the website analytics service available at desisyndicate.com, including the dashboard, the tracking script and related features.

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you are using DS Tracker for a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.

1. The Service

DS Tracker provides privacy-friendly website analytics. You add a small tracking script to your website (for example through Google Tag Manager) and we show you visits, locations, traffic sources, devices and events in your dashboard.

2. Your account

• You must give accurate information, including a valid email address, and keep your password secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us at info@desisyndicate.com straight away if you think your account has been misused.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Plans, prices and payment

• DS Tracker is offered on prepaid monthly and yearly plans (Starter, Growth and Enterprise). Current prices and limits are shown on our pricing section.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are the amount charged at checkout. Where taxes such as GST apply, they are included unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely by Cashfree Payments. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• A plan is active from the moment payment is confirmed until the end of the period you paid for (30 days for monthly, 365 days for yearly).
• Plans do not renew automatically. We will remind you in your dashboard before your plan ends. Renewing adds a new period after your current end date.
• If you switch to a different plan before your current one ends, the unused value of your current plan is converted into extra time on the new plan.
• We may change prices for future purchases. Changes never affect a period you have already paid for.

4. Usage limits

Each plan includes a number of websites, a monthly event allowance and a period of data history. If you exceed your monthly event allowance, new visits are not recorded until the next calendar month or until you upgrade. Data older than your plan's history period is not shown in the dashboard.

5. Refunds and cancellation

Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short: plans never renew automatically, and a first purchase can be refunded within 7 days only if no website has been added to the account. Once a website is added, the plan is non-refundable.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• install DS Tracker on websites you do not own or are not authorised to manage;
• use the Service to collect sensitive personal data, or to identify or track specific individuals;
• send artificial or automated traffic to inflate statistics, or try to overload, disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service;
• use the Service for anything unlawful, or on websites that host unlawful content;
• resell or share access to your account without our written permission.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

7. Your data and your visitors

• Analytics data collected from your websites belongs to you. You can export it as CSV at any time while your plan is active.
• You are responsible for telling visitors to your websites that you use analytics, for example in your own privacy policy. DS Tracker sets no cookies and does not store visitors' IP addresses.
• When your plan ends, your data is kept for at least 90 days so you can renew without losing history. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.
• How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

8. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep DS Tracker available and accurate, but the Service is provided “as is” and we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Analytics figures are estimates and may differ from other tools. We may improve, change or retire features; if we make a change that significantly reduces what a paid plan includes, we will tell you in advance.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Desi Syndicate is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using DS Tracker at any time and delete your account from Account in your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, or if required by law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new “last updated” date, and for significant changes we will notify you by email or in your dashboard. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.
