Do I need to change my website's code?
No. If your site already uses Google Tag Manager, you add one tag in GTM and publish. Without GTM, you paste the same snippet into your site's header.
How do you know which city my visitors are in?
Each visit is located from the network it comes from, down to country, region and city. The IP address itself is never stored.
Do I need a cookie banner?
DS Tracker sets no cookies and stores no personal data. Visitors are counted with an anonymous ID that changes every day.
Can I track purchases and sign-ups?
Yes. Anything your site pushes to the GTM dataLayer, such as purchase or sign_up, is recorded automatically, including its value.
How does billing work?
Plans are prepaid through Cashfree, a secure Indian payment gateway that accepts UPI, cards, net banking and wallets. You pay for a month or a year up front, and nothing renews automatically. Your dashboard reminds you a week before your plan ends, and renewing takes one click.
What happens if I go over my plan's limit?
Your existing data stays safe. New visits stop being recorded until the next month starts or you upgrade.
