DS Tracker is a product of Desi Syndicate (“Desi Syndicate”, “we”, “us”, “our”), Paras Trinity, 3rd Floor, Sector 63, Gurugram, Haryana 122011, India. In these pages, “DS Tracker” or “the Service” means the website analytics service available at desisyndicate.com, including the dashboard, the tracking script and related features.

We built DS Tracker to be privacy-friendly. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have. It covers two groups of people: customers who hold a DS Tracker account, and visitors to websites that use DS Tracker.

1. Information about customers

• Account details: email address, name (optional), password (stored only in encrypted, hashed form) and mobile number (required by our payment provider at checkout).
• Billing records: plan, amount, order ID, payment status and dates. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by Cashfree Payments and are never seen or stored by us.
• Usage: the websites you add, your settings, and when you last signed in.

We use this to provide and secure your account, process payments, remind you before your plan ends, give support, and improve DS Tracker. We do not sell your information or use it for third-party advertising.

2. Information about website visitors

When a website uses DS Tracker, our script records anonymous visit statistics for that website's owner:

• pages viewed, page titles, the referring website and campaign (UTM) tags;
• approximate location (country, region and city) worked out from the network connection;
• browser, operating system, device type, screen size and language;
• time spent on a page, and events the website chooses to record (such as “purchase”).

DS Tracker sets no cookies and uses no local storage on visitors' devices. We never store IP addresses. To count unique visitors we create a random identifier from a one-way hash that changes every day, so a visitor cannot be recognised across days or across different websites. The website owner decides to use DS Tracker and is responsible for informing their own visitors.

3. Cookies

Our own dashboard uses one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

4. Who we share information with

• Cloudflare, which hosts our website, servers and database.
• Cashfree Payments, which processes payments.
• Authorities, where required by law.

These providers only process information to run DS Tracker on our behalf.

5. How long we keep information

• Account and analytics data: while your account exists, and for at least 90 days after a plan ends so you can renew without losing history.
• Billing records: as long as required by Indian tax and accounting law, even after an account is deleted.
• When you delete your account, your account details, websites and analytics data are deleted.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), passwords are hashed, and access to customer data is limited to the people who need it to run the Service.

7. Your rights

Under applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance. You can delete your account yourself from Account in your dashboard, or email us. Website visitors should contact the website owner first, as they control their analytics; we will help them respond.

8. Grievance officer

For privacy questions or complaints, contact our Grievance Officer at info@desisyndicate.com or by post at Desi Syndicate, Paras Trinity, 3rd Floor, Sector 63, Gurugram, Haryana 122011, India. We aim to respond within 7 days and resolve complaints within 30 days.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new “last updated” date and, for significant changes, notify customers by email or in the dashboard.
